How long will it take for my order to ship?

All Rockhaus Metals pieces are made by hand, and most styles are in stock and ready to ship within 3-5 business days. For made to order items, please allow up to 3 weeks. We will contact you immediately if there may be a delay.  

Need it sooner? Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate rush deliveries whenever possible. 

Please note that customized jewelry will require 4-8 weeks for creation and delivery.

How will it be shipped?

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). We advise that you have your order shipped to a safe and secure address and please note that once delivery is confirmed through the carrier, neither Rockhaus Metals or Kristina Brownell is responsible for the security of the jewelry mailed. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.
