I’m Kristina- In 2016, after making it through the first year of motherhood to twins, I was feeling disconnected from my "old self,” and recognized that I was missing a creative outlet. Having dabbled in many art mediums growing up, I wanted to explore something new and opted to take some basic metalsmithing classes. I felt empowered after completing my first ring and was immediately in love with the raw process of using metal and fire to fabricate something delicate and beautiful. This new found passion helped me reconnect with a part of myself, and quickly led me into launching a small business.

Inspired by architecture, geometry, and nature, I strive to make jewelry that is well crafted and that will last for many years to come. All of my jewelry is handmade - so no two pieces are exactly alike. Utilizing traditional metalsmithing techniques, I create each piece from scratch using precious metals and semi-precious rocks and gemstones. My design process is organic, and I draw inspiration from the natural imperfections and beauty of each stone, resulting in minimalist jewelry with an earthy edge.

I love making a connection with people through my art and it's a true honor when others can personally enjoy it. My hope is that you feel confident, unique, and beautiful when wearing Rockhaus Metals jewelry.
